Taita Taveta County has opened a Complaints, Compliments and Information Center where residents can seek assistance. Through analyzing the trends of the complaints received, The Office has also helped the county government to know the needs of citizens, and formulate ways to fill these gaps.

The Kingdom of Norway has pledged USD 550,000 to the United Nations Delivering as One flagship program in Turkana County as continued support to strengthening the County’s capacity to effectively implement devolved governance systems and services. This brings the ongoing support that Norway provides to the UNDP managed Integrated Support Programme to the Devolution Process in Kenya (2014-2018) to a total of USD 2 million.
