This report presents results of the mid-term review (MTR) of the Kenya United Nations Development Assistance
Framework (UNDAF) covering the period 2014-2018. The purpose of the review was: to provide an overall assessment of progress and achievements made against planned results; document challenges and lessons learned over the past two and a half years and assess significant developments that have taken place in the programming environment including the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). It also assesses relevance, effectiveness, efficiency
and, sustainability of delivery of the UNDAF; determine effectiveness and efficiency of the “Delivering as One”
modality and explore extent to which the five UNDAF core programming principles have been mainstreamed
in UNDAF.
