The Second Handbook of National Reporting Indicators has been produced by the Ministry of Devolution and Planning in collaboration with other stakeholders for tracking the progress of implementation of the Second Medium Term Plan (2013- 2017).

The handbook is designed to increase accountability and transparency by providing an easy reference to the key national economic, social and governance performance outcome indicators, flagship projects annualized output indicators, gender monitoring indicators, human rights indicators and county performance indicators.
