One of the major barriers identified in access to HIV testing and treatment, care and support services is stigma and discrimination. Through the Joint Program on HIV and AIDS this report will be used as a baseline to track and measure performance towards ensuring Kenya is free of HIV stigma. It will also facilitate efforts to reduce the number of new infections, and encourage access to HIV education and treatment, care and support services.
