The objective of this paper is to help the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) to identify the lessons it has learnt in supporting Public Sector Reforms in Kenya and apply them to its support to the country’s devolution strategy. The paper presents a quick synopsis of the evolution of public sector reforms in Kenya and the lessons learnt therefrom.
